Observe your trouble

When you are troubled, don't get caught up in the trouble. Instead, observe your trouble from a third-person perspective. Where exactly is the trouble? Is it in your head? If so, where in your head? Is it in the left or right side of your brain? Is it in a specific cell? Is it in your skull? It's not anywhere. You can't find its exact location. It's just an empty existence. Learn to observe it from a third-person perspective, and it will no longer have power over you.
