Beginnings

Germany
Berlin
Mila Belino

This work reflects the process of reclaiming my emotions, sensuality, and authenticity. It corresponds to my current state, in which I feel I am shedding the heavy layers of the past—tightness, silence, and unspoken feelings that had long been trapped in my body.

I carried this weight for my whole life, reinforced by conditioning, cultural norms, and the constant pressure to conform. Now, these burdens are dissolving. What begins to emerge is my own sensuality and vulnerability—still not fully revealed, but already perceptible and visible.

I am learning to accept my body and everything it feels. It is no longer numb, and I am no longer ashamed of what it shows. Instead, it guides me through life with integrity and inner truth.

The past, where shame silenced me and rationality was the only lens I allowed myself, is over. This is the moment of release, of breaking free.
