I Am Not, I Am
I am not the name I was given.
I am not the voice in my head.
I am not the image in the mirror.
I am not the body.
I am not the identity or the titles that represent me.
I am not just a human being.
My arm is not me.
My leg is not me.
My head is not me.
My body is not me.
I do not begin with birth,
nor end with death.
— I am silence before thought.
— I am space before form.
— I am the void before time.
— I am stillness that sees all waves arise and fall.
— I am the field of Zero — untouched, undivided, unborn.
