This work represents the moment I was in the north of Australia on a loose camping trip . These trips are usually thought provoking

This work is the expression of a very deep moment of understanding that the inner agreement between the physical self and the mental one is the key for mental health for anyone , especially for those suffering from PTSD . The moment i understood that no separation but unity of all the pains , challenges and sensitivities is fortifying our inner self and allowing a healthy relationship with ourselves and others.
